To find out if we can help you, we ask questions and most importantly listen to your health concerns.

New Patient FormsNew Patient Forms: We encourage you to complete the New Patient Forms prior to visiting the practice because this will save approximately 10-15 minutes and allow you to feel extremely comfortable in your own home. If for some reason you have any questions, a member of our office will be happy to answer any questions you have prior to your first appointment.

We encourage you to complete the New Patient Forms (Click Here)

Consultation: During the initial health consultation, we listen and discuss all of your health concerns. The doctor will take a detailed history of your health issues to help determine if yours is a chiropractic case. This experience will be extremely unique. You will have the opportunity to share what you desire from your life and what you believe is preventing you from making this a reality. Next, you will have a complete chiropractic examination. This examination will allow us to objectively determine what you need in order to dramatically improve the quality of your life. The examination will test your: range of motion, flexibility, as well as standard postural and structural analysis and a neurological exam. The doctors will be assessing the spine for indications of tenderness, swelling and fixation in the spinal joints. These tests, in addition to others, help the doctor determine if yours is a chiropractic case… and if we can help you.

Office X-RaysX-RAYS: Your condition might require an x-ray analysis in order to truly assess where the challenge resides within your body. If we decide to order a series of x-rays, this will allow us to clearly determine the next steps. X-rays provide us with an objective diagnostic tool that will show us the position of the spinal bones, as well as the quality of the spine and safety of adjusting it. We also use x-rays to determine how long the subluxation (irritation in your spine?) has been present.

To see is to know, not to see is to guess! We do not want to guess when it comes to your health.
